All prices quoted are including VAT. At any difference between the terms, product information or prices specified on Red Creek’s website and in other publications, the pricing in the publications (price listed in PDF format) is the correct one.
Delivery
The time for the goods to get delivered are in the hands of the delivery service. Contact us if you want an express delivery.
Warranty
1 year warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. Furthermore, warranty does not apply in case of damage caused by the customer through negligence.
Unclaimed packages
If you do not claim your order, you are to pay for any costs occurred.
